Opening: Crow shows off his swanky new PC and tries desperately to log onto the Information Super Highway. His efforts are scrapped by a hopelessly ill-configured COM port and cryptic error messages
Host Segment 1: Ever been let down by some bold BBQ sauce that just wasn't bold enough? Dr Forrester and Frank share your pain. Meanwhile Crow looses his cool waiting on hold for technical support.
Host Segment 2: Crow and Tom reenact the gripping refueling sequence, but Crow is incapacitated just as technical support pick up! Oh well, better keep trying....
Host Segment 3: Crow and Tom debrief Mike by sending a camera into his room.
Host Segment 4: The United Servo Academy Mens Chorus drop by. Vice Brigadier Bullhead Servo conducts the performance.
End: Crow finally makes it onto the Internet to experience the thrilling world of text based online gaming, while Mike answers a letter.
