521: Santa Claus
Movie: According to the movie, Santa lives on a cloud positioned above Earth. Now, when Santa goes out, Satan sends his job-doer, Pitch to stop him. Oh my we go through some wacky things that are really quite stupid. Then Santa gets stuck in a tree while a dog barks at him until Merlin (a wizard who also lives on the cloud) saves him and shoots him back to that cloud thing.
Opening: Mike and the Bots begin a caroling session, but everything goes wrong when Mike spills hot cocoa on Crow.
Host Segment 1: Everyone's giving gifts. Frank shaved his head and gave Dr. F a watch fob (not that he sold his hair) and Dr. F graciously signs over one of his $25 savings bonds. Meanwhile, Mike gives Crow a Steve Alaimo album; Crow gives Servo the 1991 Drug IV Component chart; Servo gives Gypsy underwear in a candy cane (she's embarrassed).
Host Segment 2: On the SOL, the heavy metal band, Santa Klaws sings about a rather gruesome yule-tide.
Host Segment 3: The Bots surprise Mike by contacting his family in Green Bay, but they botched it and got the wrong Nelsons, and Mike isn't even from Green Bay.
Host Segment 4: Mike and the Bots sing a Christmas song titled "Merry Christmas... If That's Ok."
End: A gorgeous snowstorm in space solves Mike's homesickness. Meanwhile, Pitch is in Deep 13 when "Krusher Kringle" shows up and starts a wrestling match.
Stinger: That hideous laughing Reindeer.
